New Action Item Endpoints

We’ve added two new endpoints that allow you to programmatically manage Action Items within a service record.

You can now:

• Add an Ad Hoc Action Item to a Service Record
• Delete an Ad Hoc Action Item from a Service Record

These endpoints give you greater flexibility when automating workflows, integrating external systems, or managing operational tasks tied to Service Records.
