New “Related Items” Section

We’ve added a new **Related Items subcategory to the Service Records **section of our API documentation. This section focuses on entities that can be linked to a service record, currently supporting Knowledge Base Articles, with more entity types coming soon.

You can now use the following endpoints to manage these relationships:

• Get a List of Related Items for a Specific Service Record : Retrieve all related entities connected to a specific service record.
• **Link Knowledge Base Articles to a Service Record **: Create a relationship between a service record and one or more Knowledge Base articles.
• **Unlink a Knowledge Base Article from a Service Record **: Remove an existing link between a Knowledge Base article and a service record.
