Add a Note to a Service Record

Add an internal or public note to an existing service record.

📘

Please note:

Notes are excluded from the entity locking mechanism.
You can add multiple notes to a Service Record even if it’s currently locked for editing.

Send a notifaction that a note was added to the service record.

The text of the note to be added to the service record.

Specifies whether to send an email notification about the note with the service record's requester user.
